She values Marguerite Casey’s mission to address these critical issues and support the efforts to increase the representation and empowerment of working people and families. In her role as Administrative Partner, Lauren aims to provide valuable administrative support to the foundation that allows creativity to thrive, communication to flow, and curiosity
Prior to joining the Foundation, Lauren received a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences from the University of Washington. She has over ten years of experience in providing administrative and communications support in a variety of fields, most recently, in a Seattle-based behavioral health clinic where she was a member of the Antiracism Facilitation Leadership team.
