“Nothing is impossible, the word itself says “I’m possible” Audrey Hepburn
I am grateful to be part of Marguerite Casey Foundation because of the difference the Foundation makes in the lives of grantees and low–income families. As the finance manager, I am responsible for accounting and finance functions, including management of internal control systems, assisting with the annual operating budget, preparation of financial and management reports and preparation of audit, tax and regulatory filings. I monitor cash management, investment portfolio performance and investment operations. I also support employee–benefits programs and ensure proper recordkeeping.
I have over 18 years of accounting experience from the nonprofit and corporate sector, and I am proud to serve as treasurer on the board of the Latino Community Fund of Washington State. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting and a Master of Business Administration degree from Saint Martin’s University.
In my spare time, I enjoy traveling and spending time with my husband and family.
I joined Marguerite Casey Foundation in 2007.
