Hannah helps people in organizations discover and create new possibilities for their businesses and then translates those strategies into daily operations and programs that allow them to meet future challenges. As the CHRO at MCF she leads the foundation's people strategy, culture work, and the design and implementation of the systems, programs, and policies that support MCF staff in doing great work. Prior to MCF, Hannah held multiple positions at Health Leads, a national nonprofit focused on health equity, where she supported and updated its talent function through three different strategic plans. Her specialties include strategic planning, talent management, facilitation, and organizational and systems design.
Hannah has a degree in sociology from Brown University, a Master of Science, Organization Development (her thesis explored "The Effects of Participative Management on Workplace Belonging"), and is a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner.
