In an op-ed President and CEO, Carmen Rojas announces the 2024 PDPG grant recipients. Dr. Rojas goes on to describe how the vital elements of a well-functioning society can only be ensured by a government that serves the people. She goes on to note that Philanthropy doesn’t have the infrastructure or resources to guarantee a high quality of life for all. But funders can play a key role in raising our collective expectations of government.
